Welcome to 5147 Maxon Terrace, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home for lease in the gated community of Dunwoody. A covered front entry leads into a bright, open living and dining area. Wood-look tile runs throughout, and there's no carpet anywhere. The living room has a modern pendant light, curtains and sliding glass doors that open to a screened lanai with a ceiling fan and tiled floor, a great spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen has bright, freshly painted cabinets, granite counters, a marble-look backsplash and a full set of stainless steel appliances: a French-door refrigerator, electric range, built-in microwave and dishwasher. A pass-through opens it to the living area, and the dining space next to it has its own sliders to the lanai. A bright corner nook with two windows gives you extra room for a breakfast table or home office. The primary suite features a walk-in closet with built-in shelving and double rods, and a renovated en-suite bath which has a double-sink granite vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain head and handheld sprayer. Two more bedrooms on the other side of the condo making it a very functional split layout. The guest bathroom has an updated vanity with a granite top and a tub and shower combo. The home also has a one-car garage with an automatic opener, and residents can use the community pool. It's in a convenient Sanford location close to shopping, dining and major roads.
